The avenue where we're located becomes pedestrian-only at 3:00 PM; if you're driving, please arrive before then. Don't forget a small cooler and a Yeti-type thermos for the pool area, as the use of glass is prohibited in this area for everyone's safety. Any can is perfect. Just no glass. Forget about driving, everything is within walking distance: Chedraui Selecto, the pharmacy, Oxxo, restaurants, and the beach. Our Rooftop is open from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Home Rules: -Please report anything broken inside your apartment, including glasses, plates, cutlery, or electronics. -At Lalola Puerto Morelos, all our rooms are non-smoking. -You can go upstairs to the designated smoking area while enjoying the incredible views from our rooftop terrace. -Pets are not allowed. However, if you are traveling with a service animal, please notify us prior to your arrival, provide the appropriate documentation, and note that the animal must not be allowed on the bed, in order to avoid stains on linens. The animal may remain on the terrace and must always wear a harness and leash while on the property. -Food is not allowed in the pool area. -Inflatable pool toys are not allowed for safety reasons. -Sitting or climbing on the pool edge is not allowed. -If you need earplugs, feel free to request them from us and we’ll be happy to provide them. Beautiful place to get away. Apartment and pool area is amazing. Perfect location and safe. Delicious food alll around. Andres was a great host throughout. With that said, I’m glad I read previous reviews and brought my earplugs. The live music is loud and goes til midnight. And it’s not like authentic Mexican bands, it’s mostly hard rock cover bands. Overall, My wife and I really enjoyed it and would Come back.
