General Rules - No additional guests are allowed beyond those registered in the reservation. - Hanging clothes on balconies is not permitted. Gym Rules - The gym hours are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday - The use of a towel and appropriate attire is mandatory. - Entering in swimwear, without a shirt, or barefoot is not allowed. - Children under 13 years must be accompanied by an adult. - Glass containers are not allowed. - Devices that produce noise, including speakers, are not permitted. - Equipment used must be returned to its original place. - Moving gym equipment is not allowed. Pool Rules - The pool hours are from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Sunday. - Eating, smoking, or consuming alcoholic beverages inside the pool is not permitted. - Glass containers are not allowed in the entire rooftop area. - Introducing electronic devices into the pool is prohibited. - All children under 10 years must enter the pool under adult supervision. - The pool does not have a lifeguard, so use is at the exclusive risk of each user. - Adding essences or soap to the pool is strictly prohibited Laundry The building has a free laundry facility so you can wash your clothes during your stay. Use is subject to a set schedule, and the laundry hours are: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Laundry detergents and related products are not included, so we recommend bringing your own or purchasing them at a nearby store. • 🧺 Use of Sheets and Towels For your convenience, we provide cotton makeup remover pads and bath mats. We kindly ask you to use them to help prevent stains or damage to the sheets and towels. If excessive dirt, deep stains, or irreparable damage are detected, an additional charge will be applied at check-out to replace the affected items. Thank you for helping us keep everything in excellent condition. As required by the building’s administration, it is mandatory to provide photos of official IDs (passport, driver’s license, or national ID) for all adult guests staying at the property at the time of booking. This information is necessary to schedule your access.
