Brand new apartment, fully equipped for a pleasant and nice stay. Located on the 9th floor it has one of the most beautiful view on the Nichupté Lagoon and the sea. Just few step away you'll find the famous Hospital Galenia (Fertility Center Cancun), "Walmart Express" supermarket, many malls, restaurants and cafeterias. The condo has its own pool, sundeck, barbecue, gym and a large underground parking.

Good to know

The bedroom has a king size bed (200 cm x 180 cm). If you rent a car or you come with your own car the apartment has its own parking lot in the underground parking. Please do not forget to enjoy the swimming pool or the gym!

Let's take care of our environment, If you're going out, please turn off the AC, fans and lights. 4. Smoke is only allowed at the balconies. 5. I understand you are on vacations, however it is important to consider there are other persons living in the building, and have their needs of resting at night. For respect to them, I will kindly ask you to please not make loud noises after 10:00pm. 6. Extra charges will be applied for any missing or damaged objects, sheets or towels. We understand there may be accidents, but we believe is important to be honest and responsible for your acts. 7. Modifications in reservations will be accepted with at least 15 days notice before the arrival date. 8. If you lose the keys the cost to replace them will be 50 USD. 9. Please be extra careful to not forget anything before your check-out, we are not responsible for any damage or theft to your personal property.

The building is located on the famous Tulum Av., it’s really easy to catch a taxi to move in any part of the city. Less than ten minutes walking you’ll find a supermarket, the Galenia Hospital (Fertility Center Cancun) and the Las Americas mall (where you can catch the public transport to the beach).

We enjoyed our stay as much as we could because I had gotten some big plastic surgery so for anyone that wants to be walkable to Galenia Hospital and there is another hospital the I can see from the balcony. I would absolutely book here again.

Had a great stay at this Airbnb during my trip for HYROX Cancún 2026. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable and recover between events. The location was perfect, close to the venue and with plenty of things to do nearby. Overall, it made my experience in Cancún even better. Would definitely stay here again!

I was happy to find this place last minute. Had a mishap at another location and the host here answered right away. The location is nice with a restaurant downstairs. Also a nice mall that is walkable with other eateries near. The Airbnb has a good view especially at night on the balcony. I would book again.

We had a great stay at Carla and Sebastian’s condo in Cancun. Communication was clear and easy from booking through check-out. The location is ideal, with shops, restaurants, a mall, and a corner store all within walking distance. There is plenty of parking and security on site, so the area felt safe. The condo was clean, well stocked, and comfortable for two. The king bed is firm but comfortable, and the futon worked well for relaxing at night. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast. The pool was nice, neighbors were quiet, and the internet and AC worked well. The beach is about 20 minutes by Uber, and the ferry dock and bus depot are close. The only downside is that the hot water does not last long. Overall, we would stay again.

Once we found the place (Waze gave us trouble), I felt instantly at ease. The underground parking led directly into the building. The unit was spotless. Exactly as described. The bed and sofa are VERY firm. Loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. The shower was spotless and spacious. My only suggestion would be new pillows and a softer mattress. I would stay here again.

I had a great stay. The place was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The view was really nice, and the kitchen had everything I needed for my stay. I also appreciated how responsive and helpful the host was—especially when I requested a late checkout. Overall, a smooth and comfortable experience. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment has its own free parking lot in the underground parking and free parking outside of the building. The public bus stop is 7 minutes walking. From Las Américas shopping mall, take the bus to “CRUCERO”, get off at the City hall (Palacio municipal) cross the street and take Route 1 or Route 2 to Hotel Zone (Zona Hotelera). Distances: - 15-20 min away by car from Cancun Airport (out of the city) - 14 min away by car to Isla Mujeres ferry at Puerto Juarez. - 20 min by car to Coco Bongo (Hotel Zone). - 7 min away walking to Las Américas shopping mall. - 5 min away walking to Walmart Express (Supermarket). - 4 min away walking to Galenia Hospital (Fertility Center Cancun).
