This penthouse apartment was spacious, modern and beautiful. The amenities were exceptional with 3 beautiful pools, tennis courts, gym, restaurant and a convenience store. The beach a 3 minute walk, very quiet but close to several resorts with access to beach activities like jet skiing. Our family really enjoyed the terrace for outdoor dining and lounging with views of the marina and ocean. Only note is that the bunk beds room is not connected to the main living area and only accessible from the terrace. We loved our stay and plan to visit again.

I would highly recommend staying here. Great location next to lots of bars and restaurants. Theres even a cafe downstairs. I felt very safe and the rooftop pool was the icing on the cake. Would definitely stay again.

We loved this place. Everything about this house was perfect. The place it self was beautiful and comfortable. It has big bedrooms with comfortable beds. Plenty of nice quality towels for the bathroom and the beach. The patio and dock were amazing. We had so much fun relaxing and watching the boats go by while drinking margaritas. There is a really cool Cuban restaurant few doors down. On Saturday they have live music. It was so much fun. Next door there is a scuba diving/snorkeling shop. We took a 2 hour trip to snorkel around the island and it was lovely. The first day we walked to town, but then we rented a golf cart which allowed us to explore the entire island. We were able to fish from the dock. That was fun. The host was super friendly and responsive and we were able to check in that morning because our flight got to Cancun super early. I would love to return to this house. I have nothing bad to say about this place.

The place was great. Great location. Clean. We did have a little hot water issue, but they addressed it and got it fixed as fast as they could. The neighborhood was super cute, Safe and worth it. We didn’t use the pool but it was clean and others were using it.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! If you are looking for a blend of contemporary style and high-end convenience, this is the perfect spot. The Highlights Rooftop Pool & Views: The crown jewel of this stay is undoubtedly the rooftop. The pool is pristine and beautifully designed, but the views are what truly take your breath away. Whether you're catching the sunrise or enjoying an evening swim, the panoramic backdrop is stunning. Modern Comforts: The interior is thoughtfully appointed with everything a modern traveler needs. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the overall aesthetic felt fresh and upscale. It’s clear the hosts have an eye for quality. Security & Parking: Traveling with a vehicle can often be a headache, but the garage parking here was excellent. It is secure, well-lit, and very easy to access, providing total peace of mind throughout our trip. We would stay here again!

Our stay exceeded expectations in every way. The property is even more beautiful than the photos—truly stunning. Everything was spotless, and the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed in both the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. The 360° views from the apartment are absolutely breathtaking. The facilities are top-notch—the beach is one of the most beautiful we’ve seen, and everything from the pool to the gardens is impeccably maintained. The kids club and gym were also fantastic and added so much to our experience. One note- the access to the bunk bed room is outside through the balcony- while still private and part of the apt if you have little kids might not be a good fit We had an amazing stay and are already planning our return!

Our stay at this villa was absolutely incredible. The property itself is stunning—beautifully designed, very spacious, and impeccably clean. There was plenty of storage throughout, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home right away. The hosts truly made the experience exceptional. They were extremely helpful and communicative from start to finish, always quick to respond and full of great recommendations. Through them, we were able to book a private chef and arrange transportation seamlessly, which made our trip so much more enjoyable and stress-free. They also suggested amazing places for us to visit, which we really appreciated. The terrace was one of our favorite parts of the villa. The small pool combined with the breathtaking view created the perfect setting to relax—we spent so much time there soaking it all in. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay.

Spectacular stay in Cancun! The house was just steps from the beach, with an absolutely amazing ocean view. You cannot get closer to the ocean and the pool !! The hosts were incredibly responsive and very accommodating to all of our requests, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property to future guests looking for a relaxing, beachfront getaway with excellent hosts. You will not go wrong in staying here - Highly recommended.

Lugar cómodo y agradable, coincidía con las fotos, muy limpio y acogedor, cercano a centros comerciales y al transporte público, aunque llevamos auto, en ocasiones es mejor moverte en transporte público. Estacionamiento seguro y personal del edificio amable y cortés.
