If you plan to bring a rental car during your stay, you’ll need to request a parking access tag at reception during check-in. A refundable deposit of $1,000 MXN is required at that time. Don’t worry — the full amount will be returned once you return the tag before check-out. Glass containers and food are not allowed in the pool areas To use the padel, tennis, or basketball courts, please confirm your reservation in advance. We kindly ask you to use them to avoid stains or damage to the bedding and towels. Had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed, but still quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

C'est un beau logement, grand, récent et confortable dont toutes les pièces donnent sur une très grande terrasse. L'appartement étant au quatrième étage, il offre une belle vue sur la jungle. La piscine sur le toit de l'immeuble est très grande, belle et agréable. L'un des principaux intérêts de l'appartement est de donner accès à la mer et au club de plage. La plage est très jolie et surtout, sans sargasses en raison de sa localisation. C'est un atout remarquable car en été (nous y étions en août) il y a des sargasses sur toute la Riviera Maya, de Cancun à Tulum. Il était donc possible de profiter pleinement de la plage et de la mer, calme et chaude. Le quartier, très sécurisé, est loin des commerces et des restaurants. Il n'y a que le restaurant du Beach club où nous avons pris un petit déjeuner extrêmement décevant. Pour les restaurants, il faut prendre la voiture et aller à Cancun (ou se faire livrer). En résumé, un bel appartement et un accès très apprécié à une belle plage !

el departamento es hermoso, muy cómodo, amplio, a una cuadra de la playa, un lugar muy tranquilo, piletas increíbles. sin dudas volvería. Es ideal si queres descansar y desconectar y sentirte tan cómodo como en tu casa, todo funciona a la perfección.

Excelente lugar ! El departamento es hermoso ! Estuvimos muy a gusto. Ubicado en costa mujeres, a 5 minutos a pie de la playa. La piscina con vista al mar, hermosa. El complejo muy prolijo y cuenta con un Market y gimnasio. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y supieron responder con mucha rapidez todas mis inquietudes. Sin dudas recomiendo este apartamento! !!! Gracias !!! Seguro volveremos!!!

We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay! Communication was smooth and easy throughout. The residence itself is peaceful and quiet. It was perfect for us ! I highly recommend renting a car to get around. La Amada has a charming poolside restaurant — everyone there is incredibly friendly, just be sure to check their opening hours. Make sure to visit Puerto Cancún, a lovely open-air mall with great restaurants and shops, and Puerto Santo, a fantastic seafood spot right on the water. The apartment is spacious, the beds are super comfortable. We can’t wait to be back ! Thank you
