Good to know

Ideal space to visit Cancun with no need to use a car. The space has everything you need to enjoy a perfect stay in the city. Don't forget to enjoy the roof garden. You will be staying in a 50 sq. m room with a king size bed (200 x 180 cm), kitchen and private bathroom. The studio is on the 3rd floor of an 4-story building. The building has elevator.

Our place is located in a very lively area, surrounded by supermarket, restaurants and bars. It also has a motion sensor that turns off the AC automatically if no movement is detected for a while — but you can easily turn it back on with the remote! ⚡ Air conditioning with motion sensors Due to the high electricity costs in the area, the air conditioners are equipped with motion sensors that automatically turn off 30 minutes after no movement is detected. 🌙 At night, this function is disabled, so there’s no need to worry — you’ll stay comfortable as long as you’re inside the accommodation. Let's take care of our environment, If you're going out, please turn off the AC, fans and lights. 4. Smoke is only allowed at the balconies. 5. I understand you are on vacations, however it is important to consider there are other persons living in the building, and have their needs of resting at night. For respect to them, I will kindly ask you to please not make loud noises after 10:00pm. 6. Extra charges will be applied for any missing or damaged objects, sheets or towels. We understand there may be accidents, but we believe is important to be honest and responsible for your acts. 7. Modifications in reservations will be accepted with at least 15 days notice before the arrival date. 8. If you lose the keys the cost to replace them will be 50 USD. 9. Please be extra careful to not forget anything before your check-out, we are not responsible for any damage or theft to your personal property.

To stay in the city's downtown has its benefits; you don't need a car to move around, you have all you need just walking a few minutes. The zone is full of restaurants, bars and other good businesses. The Bus Station (ADO) is only 15 minutes walking!

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa. El condominio permanecía en silencio todo el día, lo cual permitió tener un descanso pleno, sobretodo en las noches. Todo prístino y limpio tanto el condominio como el Depto. La ubicación es inmejorable, ubicado al inicio de la Av. Náder que alberga muchos restaurantes con gran diversidad de estilos culinarios. Llama la atención algunos bares que ofrecen actividades temáticas como clases de salsa, entre otros. La ubicación nos permitía conectarnos con las playas de la zona hotelera súper rápido. Además la terraza (roof garden) es muy espacioso, con sillones, hamacas para leer y descansar, y una alberca, ideal para pasar un rato agradable, leer, oír música y más. Les agradecemos las atenciones durante nuestra estancia y los recomendamos ampliamente. Ahora que regresemos a Cancún nos hospedaremos en su Depto sin lugar a dudas. Gracias Carla y Sebastian.

Carla and Sebastián’s place was great! The place was presented just like the pictures and very clean. 20 minutes from the airport and very close to local food spots and a convenience store. Really enjoyed how quiet and secure the location was. Great location, no more than 20 minutes from the beach, night light and major restaurants. You won’t regret it. Book the stay.

Distances: - 25-30 min away by car from Cancun Airport (out of the city) - 10 min away by car to Isla Mujeres ferry at Puerto Juarez - 6 min away walking to bus station (Start to Hotel Zone) - 8 min away walking to Walmart Express (Supermarket).
