To ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful stay for all our guests, please keep in mind the following: ❌ STRICTLY PROHIBITED: 🚭 Smoking inside the house (tobacco, vapes, e-cigarettes, etc.) 💊 Use of any illegal drugs on the property 🔊 Loud noise after 10:00 PM 🚨 Disturbing neighbors with noise, lights, loud music, littering, vandalism, public drunkenness, fights, or assaults 🍽️ Eating inside bedrooms 🪑 Damaging furniture, decorations, or property 🏠 Removing anything from the property for any reason 🙏 WE KINDLY ASK YOU TO RESPECT: Only registered Kasa Kascada guests are allowed on the property A photo ID is required for check-in (not for guests under 18) Visitors must be announced 24 hours in advance. Proof of ID is required. Up to 3 visitors are allowed from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Any other visitors need owner authorization. Guests arriving after 7:00 PM must register with villa staff, and extra charges may apply Always maintain decency and respect 🙌 ❄️ Turn off AC when windows/doors are open 🔒 Keep exterior doors locked 💎 Store valuables in safe boxes 🚗 Use garage responsibly and do not block the street 🚫 Do not leave valuables in your car ⚠️ ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES: Our staff will courteously enforce all rules to maintain a safe and relaxing environment Quiet hours in the condominium: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please respect neighbors and other guests Villa staff have the authority to maintain order and ensure safety. Instructions from staff must be followed Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation of your booking without refund and notification to authorities if needed 🔥 Do not operate any gas LP equipment. Only villa staff are authorized. 🐾 Important – Pets: The property has resident dogs that are not used to interacting with other animals. For the safety and well-being of everyone, no pets are allowed, including emotional support animals. • 🧺 Use of Sheets and Towels For your convenience, we provide cotton makeup remover pads and bath mats. We kindly ask you to use them to help prevent stains or damage to the sheets and towels. If excessive dirt, deep stains, or irreparable damage are detected, an additional charge will be applied at check-out to replace the affected items. 📄 Liability Waiver: Guests acknowledge that any accident, personal injury, or loss occurring during their stay is their sole responsibility.
