To ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful stay for everyone, please keep the following in mind: 🚭 No smoking in any area of the villa – A $1,000 USD fine will be charged if this rule is broken. 🔇 Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM – please be respectful of the neighbors. 🐾 Pets are not allowed on the property. 👤 Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed to access the villa. 🎉 Parties or any kind of event are not allowed in the villa. 🎈 Don’t place any decorations on the walls using tape, glue, or adhesive hooks, as they may damage the paint or surface. If any damage occurs, the cost of repairs may be charged to the guest. ⚠️ For safety reasons, it is strictly prohibited to lean on or look out through the glass panels in the rooftop area. • 🧺 Use of Sheets and Towels For your convenience, we provide cotton makeup remover pads and bath mats. We kindly ask you to use them to help prevent stains or damage to the sheets and towels. If excessive dirt, deep stains, or irreparable damage are detected, an additional charge will be applied at check-out to replace the affected items. Pool Rules - Eating, smoking, or consuming alcoholic beverages inside the pool is not permitted. - Glass containers are not allowed in the entire rooftop area. - Introducing electronic devices into the pool is prohibited. - All children under 12 years must enter the pool under adult supervision. - The pool does not have a lifeguard, so use is at the exclusive risk of each user. - Adding essences or soap to the pool is strictly prohibited As required by the condo administration, it is mandatory to provide photos of official IDs (passport, driver’s license, or national ID) for all adult guests staying at the property at the time of booking. This information is necessary to schedule your access. In some cases, the administration may also require identity verification through a specialized link that will be sent directly to your email. 📄 Liability Waiver: Guests acknowledge that any accident, personal injury, or loss occurring during their stay is their sole responsibility.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely incredible. The property itself is stunning—beautifully designed, very spacious, and impeccably clean. There was plenty of storage throughout, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home right away. The hosts truly made the experience exceptional. They were extremely helpful and communicative from start to finish, always quick to respond and full of great recommendations. Through them, we were able to book a private chef and arrange transportation seamlessly, which made our trip so much more enjoyable and stress-free. They also suggested amazing places for us to visit, which we really appreciated. The terrace was one of our favorite parts of the villa. The small pool combined with the breathtaking view created the perfect setting to relax—we spent so much time there soaking it all in. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay.

Amazing Airbnb, was so beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. Exceeded our expectations. We stayed there for a bachelorette weekend, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The freshly cooked breakfast by Marisol was so delicious and such a great start to all our mornings. I would definitely stay here again!

This villa is perfect for either a social gathering or a quiet peaceful getaway. Approaching our travel dates, the hosts were very communicative. They answered any questions we had, replied and accommodated to any of our needs, and provided recommendations for excursions, food, and nightlife. That communication remained the same throughout our stay Arrival to the Airbnb was a smooth transition. Despite our early arrival, we were able to leave our bags at the villa and start our vacation while waiting for our check which we truly enjoyed. The included breakfast was perfect for us starting our day and really took pressure off the need to cook for our large group. (Breakfast was even prepared on our checkout day!) The few criticisms that we had with our stay was the remotes for the A/C and tv sometimes didn’t work due to dead batteries and hot water in the showers were 50/50 at times. We had a lovely experience at this Airbnb for my bachelorette party! It was close to a convenience store called oxxo where we got lots of snacks and drinks, the beach and ferry to isla muhares, and Ubers! We Ubered around all weekend to the main strip for $10 for an uber xl. The hosts were very responsive when we had issues or questions and were flexible with our check in and breakfast time. It's a little awkward having Marbella and her sister/ daughter in the house from 8:30am-3pm, but they made us great breakfast and the house was always very clean. We would stay here again!! We used the hotel across the street as our pickup point for a lot of tours. Beds are very comfy, closets are huge, and ac worked great. We didn't go in the pool but the balconies offer stunning views especially in the morning. The security/ gate is friendly, but we're often not there.

This was the perfect Airbnb for my bachelorette trip! Every room has an en suite bathroom and lots of space for getting ready and relaxing. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool and rooftop and downstairs had the comfiest couch and daybed. We were very grateful for the breakfast and cleaning service everyday. The pictures did not do this place justice and it felt very safe with the 24/7 security. I would highly recommend staying here with a group! We also appreciate coordinating chef-prepared dinners and transportation with the host, which made for a very organized trip!
