If any damage occurs, the cost of repairs may be charged to the guest. ‱ đŸ§ș Use of Sheets and Towels For your convenience, we provide cotton makeup remover pads and bath mats. We kindly ask you to use them to help prevent stains or damage to the sheets and towels. If excessive dirt, deep stains, or irreparable damage are detected, an additional charge will be applied at check-out to replace the affected items. Pool Rules - Eating, smoking, or consuming alcoholic beverages inside the pool is not permitted. - Glass containers are not allowed in the entire rooftop area. - Introducing electronic devices into the pool is prohibited. - All children under 12 years must enter the pool under adult supervision. - The pool does not have a lifeguard, so use is at the exclusive risk of each user. - Adding essences or soap to the pool is strictly prohibited As required by the condo administration, it is mandatory to provide photos of official IDs (passport, driver’s license, or national ID) for all adult guests staying at the property at the time of booking. This information is necessary to schedule your access. In some cases, the administration may also require identity verification through a specialized link that will be sent directly to your email. 📄 Liability Waiver: Guests acknowledge that any accident, personal injury, or loss occurring during their stay is their sole responsibility.

I stayed here for my bachelorette with four of my best friends and it was such a great experience. The property is private, with security at the entrance, which made us feel very safe. The location is excellent, right across from Playa Tortugas, where we took a catamaran tour, and very central for nightlife and bars with just a short drive. The house itself is beautiful and spacious, perfect for sharing with a group. The beds are very comfortable, which is so important since I’ve stayed in places where that’s not the case. A highlight was the breakfast service, someone comes in to cook and even clean up, which made us feel truly pampered. The pool on the third floor, just outside the master bedroom, has an amazing view and was the perfect place to relax. Everything about our stay felt convenient, safe, and special. I came home raving about it and would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this house! Beautiful balcony to enjoy sunset every night. Super clean with strong AC in every room. The host was very helpful upon the arrival. They were offering breakfast and everyday cleaning, but we didn’t need it. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort of hotel staying but want to be private. 5 stars!

Had an amazing time in Cancun and loved staying here. The villa is in a great location, had amazing staff and responsive hosts that were helpful and accommodating. The Daily breakfast was also very nice. It would help if there was a washing machine accessible to guests but overall we had a great stay.

Me and my friends travel many of countires, this by far has been one ofnthe best Airbnbs that we stayed at. Rooms were big. You can really fit 3 to room. The view was beautiful. The pool is more like a over sized jacuzzi bit there is a neighborhood pool as well. We always felt safe bc there was security outside. I loved this placed and look forward to coming back

This house was great! The host was super communicative since booking the property. I booked a table for coco bongo and a boat via them and both turned out excellent!! They also make breakfast every morning and clean the rooms. The breakfast was great! I would highly recommend booking. Thank you!

I absolutely loved this airbnb rental. Our stay was very pleasant. The hosts responded to all our questions in a manner or minutes. They recommended local places to eat, local activities and they were very professional. The pool is small more like a Jacuzzi, but it was still amazing. The entire home was spotless, the cleaning lady will come to clean and make the bed everyday. We could only have breakfast one morning because of our tight schedule, however, the only day we got to enjoy breakfast it was delicious. Only downside of the airbnb was that one of the bedrooms did not have hot water. I never told the host, but I am sure, it woul’ve gotten fixed if I had. And well, it included breakfast but both days we were there to eat breakfast, the lady got there late and we had to cancel our last breakfast because we had no time left before our pick up. Other than that, our stay was perfect. Will most definitely be back and will absolutely stay in the same Villa.
