In the heart of the city. The location has as an advantage its nearness to the downtown and the beginning of Hotel Zone (Just one block away!) You can enjoy the sunset from our roof garden. Loft totally equipped.

Good to know

Ideal space to visit Cancun with no need to use a car. The space has everything you need to enjoy a perfect stay in the city. Don't forget to enjoy the roof garden. You will be staying in a 50 sq. m room with a king size bed (200 x 180 cm), kitchen and private bathroom. The studio is on the 3rd floor of an 4-story building. The building has elevator.

Our place is located in a very lively area, surrounded by supermarket, restaurants and bars. It also has a motion sensor that turns off the AC automatically if no movement is detected for a while — but you can easily turn it back on with the remote! ⚡ Air conditioning with motion sensors Due to the high electricity costs in the area, the air conditioners are equipped with motion sensors that automatically turn off 30 minutes after no movement is detected. 🌙 At night, this function is disabled, so there’s no need to worry — you’ll stay comfortable as long as you’re inside the accommodation. Let's take care of our environment, If you're going out, please turn off the AC, fans and lights. 4. Smoke is only allowed at the balconies. 5. I understand you are on vacations, however it is important to consider there are other persons living in the building, and have their needs of resting at night. For respect to them, I will kindly ask you to please not make loud noises after 10:00pm. 6. Extra charges will be applied for any missing or damaged objects, sheets or towels. We understand there may be accidents, but we believe is important to be honest and responsible for your acts. 7. Modifications in reservations will be accepted with at least 15 days notice before the arrival date. 8. If you lose the keys the cost to replace them will be 50 USD. 9. Please be extra careful to not forget anything before your check-out, we are not responsible for any damage or theft to your personal property.

To stay in the city's downtown has its benefits; you don't need a car to move around, you have all you need just walking a few minutes. The zone is full of restaurants, bars and other good businesses. The Bus Station (ADO) is only 15 minutes walking!

Nos encantó el alojamiento de Carla y Sebastián. Tiene todo lo necesario. incluye algunos detalles no se encuentran en otros lugares. Respondían enseguida ante alguna pregunta. Nos movimos en bus y todo muy fácil. Ojalá podamos volver pronto!!! Muchas gracias!!

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und gut erreichbar. Es gibt gratis Parkplätze direkt auf der Strasse, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Wohnung war schön, sauber und gepflegt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die grosse Terrasse. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

El lugar es súper cómodo! Y súper bien conectado, el bus para ir a las playas de la zona hotelera está justo en la calle del frente. Todo estaba limpio y nos ayudaron incluso con extras por que llegamos tarde, gracias por todo
