About

Fully equipped apartment for a pleasant and nice stay. Located on the 7th floor it has one of the most beautiful view on the Nichupté Lagoon and the sea. Just few step away you'll find the famous Hospital Galenia (Fertility Center Cancun), "Walmart Express" (supermarket), many malls, restaurants and cafeterias. The condo has its own pool, sundeck, barbecue, gym and a huge underground parking.

Good to know

The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, electric grill, coffee machine, fridge and all you need to cook). Dining table and sofa, bedroom with walk-in closet. Balcony to enjoy the sunrise or the breeze of the evening. The bedroom has a king size bed (200 cm x 180 cm). If you rent a car or you come with your own car the apartment has its own parking lot in the underground parking. Please do not forget to enjoy the swimming pool or the gym!

HOUSE RULES -The apartment use is permitted just for the guest who reserved. -Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. -The use of drugs it’s forbidden in the apartment. -It is important to take care of the objects inside the room, please avoid any misuse of them. Extra charges will be applied for any missing or damaged objects, sheets or towels. We understand there may be accidents, but we believe is important to be honest and responsible for your acts. -There is no "late checkout" service. After 11:10 am it'll be charged 15 USD. If the Studio is not empty at noon, the charge will be for the entire night. All charges will be made through Airbnb. - The replacement of lost keys will cost $50 USD. NOTE: If keys are lost outside of service hours, no one will be available to open the door until the next morning. - Water, electricity, and internet are services provided by third parties, so as hosts, we cannot guarantee their service 100%. The lack of these services is not grounds for a refund. However, we will always do our best to have them restored as soon as possible. - We are not responsible for issues with other service providers during the stay. - If you need it, we offer early check-in and late checkout options for an additional cost of $10 USD per hour. SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND HOST APPROVAL. BUILDING RULES -No yelling at the hallways or building common areas. -Keep volume down to avoid any problem with the neighbors. -Do not damage any furniture in common area. WEATHER NOTE: Don't forget that Cancún has a tropical climate in which, during summer and rain season, is pretty normal to have mosquitos and ants in the property (even if we treat with insecticide every 15 days).

1. I would thank any anticipated information of check in and check out times. 2. Let's take care of our environment, If you're going out, please turn off the AC, fans and lights. 3. Smoke is only allowed at the balconies. 4. I understand you are on vacations, however it is important to consider there are other persons living in the building, and have their needs of resting at night. For respect to them, I will kindly ask you to please not make loud noises after 10:00pm. 5. Extra charges will be applied for any missing or damaged objects, sheets or towels. We understand there may be accidents, but we believe is important to be honest and responsible for your acts. 6. Modifications in reservations will be accepted with at least 15 days notice before the arrival date. 7. If you lose the keys the cost to replace them will be 50 USD. 8. Please be extra careful to not forget anything before your check-out, we are not responsible for any damage or theft to your personal property.

The building is located on the famous Tulum Av., it’s really easy to catch a taxi to move in any part of the city. Less than ten minutes walking you’ll find a supermarket, the Galenia Hospital (Fertility Center Cancun) and the Las Americas mall (where you can catch the public transport to the beach).

Excellent hosts, very attentive and responsive throughout the stay. The area was great and conveniently close to many places, making Ubers quick and inexpensive! The area felt safe. I would recommend staying here!

Todo perfecto y tal cual se describe, la llegada autonoma y agil, aconsejo disponer de carro, porque si bien es centrico todo esta a 500 metros o mas. El trato del anfitrio perfecto y agil, todo segun lo esperado, el apartamento y la vista hermoso. Vale la pena.

Find us

The apartment has its own free parking lot in the underground parking and free parking outside of the building. The public bus stop is 7 minutes walking. From Las Américas shopping mall, take the bus to “CRUCERO”, get off at the City hall (Palacio municipal) cross the street and take Route 1 or Route 2 to Hotel Zone (Zona Hotelera). Distances: - 15-20 min away by car from Cancun Airport (out of the city) - 14 min away by car to Isla Mujeres ferry at Puerto Juarez. - 20 min by car to Coco Bongo (Hotel Zone). - 7 min away walking to Las Américas shopping mall. - 5 min away walking to Walmart Express (Supermarket). - 4 min away walking to Galenia Hospital (Fertility Center Cancun).
