The dock is suitable for boats up to 35 feet. Between 5 - 7 am and 6 - 8 pm, the number of insects, since we are very close to the mangrove, usually increases. We always advise closing the doors very well (this reduces, although it is possible, some get inside) and using repellent (you will find the necessary one in the house). ✅ Supermarkets, pharmacies, and golf cart rentals are less than a 5-minute away. 🌞 The climate on Isla Mujeres is hot and humid. Although we have air conditioning in all rooms, we recommend closing curtains during the day to better maintain the cool air. 🛅 P.S. Pool Rules - Eating, smoking, or consuming alcoholic beverages inside the pool is not permitted. - Glass containers are not allowed in the entire rooftop area. - Introducing electronic devices into the pool is prohibited. - All children under 12 years must enter the pool under adult supervision. - The pool does not have a lifeguard, so use is at the exclusive risk of each user. - Adding essences or soap to the pool is strictly prohibited • 🧺 Use of Sheets and Towels For your convenience, we provide cotton makeup remover pads and bath mats. We kindly ask you to use them to help prevent stains or damage to the sheets and towels. If excessive dirt, deep stains, or irreparable damage are detected, an additional charge will be applied at check-out to replace the affected items. As required by the administration, it is mandatory to provide photos of official IDs (passport, driver’s license, or national ID) for all adult guests staying at the property at the time of booking. This information is necessary to schedule your access. This home was the perfect way for us to vacation with two little ones. I loved waking up and drinking coffee on the dock while the sun came up. We all loved cooling off in the pool, cooking meals together, and playing on the deck. It couldn’t have been more perfect. The central location made it easy to scoot around to the beach and back in a golf cart. All the transportation coordination and communication made our trip easy. Couldn’t recommend this little spot more!

We had an amazing stay at Casita Aqua in Isla Mujeres! The house was perfect for our family, beautifully kept, in a great location, and the private dock was a highlight. We loved sitting outside and taking in the stunning sunsets every evening. It was peaceful, safe, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We truly felt at home and created unforgettable memories. Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting the island!

We absolutely LOVED our stay! It was everything we hoped it would be, and more. The home was beautiful inside and out. The decks were gorgeous, and we had so much fun floating by the dock and lounging in the small pool, watching and waving to the boats float by on the channel -ranging from fishing boats to huge catamarans, and even a couple of super yachts! We spent probably 80% of our time out there. We vastly preferred the feel of being a block off the main road in a vibrant neighborhood, and the space of a house over being in the overly touristy North Beach area for our stay. That said, that area was a short, inexpensive cab ride away. We did rent a cart for 24 hours to explore the island on our own and hit our favorite Punta Sur spots. (Recommend picking it up in the late afternoon to maximize your usage) Our hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful! Pretty sure this will be our island home on all future visits!!

I've been to Isla a dozen times and this place is definitely in the top 3 places I've stayed. It's absolutely beautiful and incredibly relaxing. The hosts were great to work with on checking in and any thing we needed throughout our stay. There are a few places within walking distance, but not much. If you're staying in this part of the Island you probably want to be away from all of the action of the north end of the Island anyway. Would definitely need to rent a golf cart if staying here, but that's one of my favorite things about coming to Isla lol. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was wonderful! And the hosts were incredibly responsive. Good location, walkable to restaurants. Opening the kitchen doors to the back area was great and WiFi is strong out there if you need to connect. Would highly recommend and would stay there again!
