Incredible and brand new apartment at Takh condominium. Just in front of Playa Tortuga one of the most famous beach of Cancun’s hotel zone. Walking distance you’ll find everything to enjoy an incredible stay in Mexico’s wonderful beaches.

Good to know

The apartment is equipped with all the amenities for a short or a long stay. The master bedroom has a queen size bed (150 cm x 190 cm), private bathroom and closet. The location is perfect to spend the holiday you’re looking for. Nearby you have the most beautiful beaches of the Mexican Caribbean, a mall, restaurants, bars, discotheques and public transport.

HOUSE RULES -The apartment use is permitted just for the guest who reserved. -Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. -The use of drugs it’s forbidden in the apartment. -It is important to take care of the objects inside the room, please avoid any misuse of them. Extra charges will be applied for any missing or damaged objects, sheets or towels. We understand there may be accidents, but we believe is important to be honest and responsible for your acts. - The replacement of lost keys will cost $50 USD. NOTE: If keys are lost outside of service hours, no one will be available to open the door until the next morning. - Water, electricity, and internet are services provided by third parties, so as hosts, we cannot guarantee their service 100%. The lack of these services is not grounds for a refund. However, we will always do our best to have them restored as soon as possible. - We are not responsible for issues with other service providers during the stay. - If you need it, we offer early check-in and late checkout options for an additional cost of $10 USD per hour. SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND HOST APPROVAL. BUILDING RULES -No yelling at the hallways or building common areas. -Keep volume down to avoid any problem with the neighbors. -Do not damage any furniture in common area. WEATHER NOTE: Don't forget that Cancún has a tropical climate in which, during summer and rain season, is pretty normal to have mosquitos and ants in the property (even if we treat with insecticide every 15 days).

APARTMENT'S RULES: 1. Inform about extra guests with anticipation. 2. I would thank any anticipated information of check in and check out times. 3. Let's take care of our environment, If you're going out, please turn off the AC, fans and lights. 4. Smoke is only allowed at the balconies. 5. I understand you are on vacations, however it is important to consider there are other persons living in the building, and have their needs of resting at night. For respect to them, I will kindly ask you to please not make loud noises after 10:00pm. 6. Extra charges will be applied for any missing or damaged objects, sheets or towels. We understand there may be accidents, but we believe is important to be honest and responsible for your acts. 7. Modifications in reservations will be accepted with at least 15 days notice before the arrival date. 8. If you lose the keys the cost to replace them will be 50 USD. 9. Please be extra careful to not forget anything before your check-out, we are not responsible for any damage or theft to your personal property.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The space was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It made for a comfortable and relaxing experience from start to finish. Carla and Sebastian were excellent hosts—very friendly and incredibly responsive. They answered any questions quickly and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable spot with attentive hosts! It's located close to everything.

Place is clean. Looks exactly like photos. Short over from many places. The ferry directly across the street is amazing. It’s the perfect location to feel like you are close but secluded enough for relaxation. The location is super safe. Perfect space for a couple. I will stay here anytime I’m back in Cancun.

Stayed here for a week and thought it was a great location! Beach across street and ferry to Isla Mujeres as well. Exactly as pictured and hosts were super responsive. Roof top pool had amazing sunrise/sunset views. Hosts can also help with restaurant recommendations and can work with your check-in time if the place isn’t booked night before. Overall would stay again!

Nice one bedroom apartment that was fairly quiet. The balcony faces away from the main road, so noise was minimal. The beach is right across the street and Ubers were always reliable. Not a ton of eating options within short walking distance (20+ minute walk), but I stocked up on groceries in advance. The bed was pretty firm if you are sensitive to that. Elevators to the roof and the apartment unit. The rooftop pool has a view of the ocean and was quiet and enjoyable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!
