This was a great location for our two families- we had 4 adults and 2 kids in total and there was plenty of shared space to enjoy together- it was nice to be able to see the pool from the balcony so our two 8yo kids could go swim and we could keep an eye on them. Hosts were fabulous! Our son accidentally threw his stuffy off the balcony and it landed on balcony below- monumental tragedy for him- after no response to our notes and knocks at the door- our lovely hosts were able to organize a pick up for it while we were at dinner! Above and beyond! It was nice to walk from the ferry to the condo- so easy- and slightly off the North end crowds to have quiet evenings with the waves. We also loved the rocky beach and tide pools to discover treasures - it’s not a swimming beach but that means it’s not crowded- so we loved that trade off and still only a 5min walk to North Beach. Recommend to bring your own games/cards and cone style coffee filters- would definitely stay again!

Wonderful location! It's just 2 blocks from the main street with lots of restaurants and stores. The beach is also just a short walk away. The owners arranged our transportation to and from the airport and helped us reserve a golf cart. The ocean views were amazing and we loved listening to the waves. The kitchen only has one pot and one pan, so you can't cook any large meals, but this wasn't an issue for us as we loved trying out all the local restaurants. One night, the people next door were on their rooftop balcony and it was very loud, but once we informed them, they politely moved inside. It was our first time to Isla Mujeres, and if we return, we would love to stay here again.
