To ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful stay for everyone, please keep the following in mind: 🚭 No smoking inside the villa – A $1,000 USD fine will be charged if this rule is broken. 🔇 Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM – please be respectful of the neighbors. 🐾 Pets are not allowed on the property. 👤 Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed to access the villa. 🎉 Parties or any kind of event are not allowed in the villa. 🎈 Don’t place any decorations on the walls using tape, glue, or adhesive hooks, as they may damage the paint or surface. If any damage occurs, the cost of repairs may be charged to the guest. ⚠️ For safety reasons, it is strictly prohibited to lean on or look out through the glass panels in the rooftop area. • 🧺 Use of Sheets and Towels For your convenience, we provide cotton makeup remover pads and bath mats. We kindly ask you to use them to help prevent stains or damage to the sheets and towels. If excessive dirt, deep stains, or irreparable damage are detected, an additional charge will be applied at check-out to replace the affected items. Pool Rules - Eating, smoking, or consuming alcoholic beverages inside the pool is not permitted. - Glass containers are not allowed in the entire rooftop area. - Introducing electronic devices into the pool is prohibited. - All children under 12 years must enter the pool under adult supervision. - The pool does not have a lifeguard, so use is at the exclusive risk of each user. - Adding essences or soap to the pool is strictly prohibited As required by the condo administration, it is mandatory to provide photos of official IDs (passport, driver’s license, or national ID) for all adult guests staying at the property at the time of booking. This information is necessary to schedule your access. In some cases, the administration may also require identity verification through a specialized link that will be sent directly to your email. 📄 Liability Waiver: Guests acknowledge that any accident, personal injury, or loss occurring during their stay is their sole responsibility.

I highly recommend staying here!! The house itself is absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location—super close to the main parts of Cancun, which made getting around so easy. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The hosts were incredibly sweet and welcoming. They were always available to answer any questions, helped us with recommendations, and were extremely flexible with our arrival, which we truly appreciated. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of during our stay. I honestly couldn’t recommend a better place to stay and would 100% book here again!

My family and I loved our stay at this house! The property is very modern, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, polished concrete floors, a rooftop pool, beautiful decor, and a well-equipped kitchen. It even had a projector and a large screen for watching movies! I was particularly impressed that they offered a daily cleaning service, which is rare for many Airbnbs. I would like to thank the housekeeper, Erica, for her exceptional service! The management of the property was exceptionally easy to contact and always willing to provide help and support whenever needed. They also offered some additional services, which we took advantage of, including hiring a personal chef for a couple of nights. I highly recommend this service; my family loved it, and the chef was absolutely excellent, catering to a range of dietary needs. The house is in a great location near the hotel zone and all major attractions. If you’re thinking of renting this home, do not hesitate!

My group was completely enamored with this beautiful villa 😊🩷 We felt comfortable and safe and enjoyed the few days we spent here to the max. Communication with the hosts was impeccable and they even helped us secure dinner reservations. We were unable to check in early as another group had just checked out, but they did let us drop our bags and tour the villa which was perfect! Erica the housekeeper was lovely and even made us coffee in the morning 🥰 Overall, I would recommend this villa and these hosts to anyone. 10/10!

Tolle Unterkunft, wie auf den Bildern und sehr sauber. Eine Reinigungskraft kommt auf Wunsch jeden Tag und erledigt alles, was ansteht (inklusive Abwasch) wie selbstverständlich. Alles in den Kosten inkludiert, Respekt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, direkt an dem Yachthafen, mit toller Aussicht. Die Straße, an der die Villa liegt, ist 24h am Tag durch einen Sicherheitsmitarbeiter bewacht. Einziger Schwachpunkt war die Temperatur des Pools auf dem Dach. Diese war teilweise so hoch, dass man ihn kaum nutzen konnte. Erfrischung ist anders. Das hat dem sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch getan, ich würde die Villa jederzeit empfehlen.
