To ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful stay for everyone, please keep the following in mind: 🚭 No smoking inside the villa – A $1,000 USD fine will be charged if this rule is broken. 🔇 Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM – please be respectful of the neighbors. 🐾 Pets are not allowed on the property. 👤 Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed to access the villa. 🎉 Parties or any kind of event are not allowed in the villa. 🎈 Don’t place any decorations on the walls using tape, glue, or adhesive hooks, as they may damage the paint or surface. If any damage occurs, the cost of repairs may be charged to the guest. ⚠️ For safety reasons, it is strictly prohibited to lean on or look out through the glass panels in the rooftop area. • 🧺 Use of Sheets and Towels For your convenience, we provide cotton makeup remover pads and bath mats. We kindly ask you to use them to help prevent stains or damage to the sheets and towels. If excessive dirt, deep stains, or irreparable damage are detected, an additional charge will be applied at check-out to replace the affected items. Pool Rules - Eating, smoking, or consuming alcoholic beverages inside the pool is not permitted. - Glass containers are not allowed in the entire rooftop area. - Introducing electronic devices into the pool is prohibited. - All children under 12 years must enter the pool under adult supervision. - The pool does not have a lifeguard, so use is at the exclusive risk of each user. - Adding essences or soap to the pool is strictly prohibited As required by the condo administration, it is mandatory to provide photos of official IDs (passport, driver’s license, or national ID) for all adult guests staying at the property at the time of booking. This information is necessary to schedule your access. In some cases, the administration may also require identity verification through a specialized link that will be sent directly to your email. 📄 Liability Waiver: Guests acknowledge that any accident, personal injury, or loss occurring during their stay is their sole responsibility.
