Gym Rules - The gym hours are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday - The use of a towel and appropriate attire is mandatory. - Entering in swimwear, without a shirt, or barefoot is not allowed. - Children under 13 years must be accompanied by an adult. - Glass containers are not allowed. - Devices that produce noise, including speakers, are not permitted. - Equipment used must be returned to its original place. - Moving gym equipment is not allowed. Pool Rules - The pool hours are from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Sunday. - Eating, smoking, or consuming alcoholic beverages inside the pool is not permitted. - Glass containers are not allowed in the entire rooftop area. - Introducing electronic devices into the pool is prohibited. - All children under 10 years must enter the pool under adult supervision. - The pool does not have a lifeguard, so use is at the exclusive risk of each user. - Adding essences or soap to the pool is strictly prohibited.

Carla and Sebastian were so communicative! We had very minor issues and they handled it very quickly and well. The place was just as described and it was conveniently located near lots of restaurants. The amenities are perfect and there's also 24/7 security downstairs. Everything was great!
