For security reasons, we require photos of the IDs of all guests staying in the apartment before check-in. Hanging any type of clothing or items on balconies or outdoor furniture is not permitted. No additional visitors are allowed beyond the guests registered through Airbnb. If you plan to bring a car during your stay, you must request a parking access tag at reception upon check-in. A $1,000 MXN deposit is required, which will be fully refunded when you return the tag before check-out. • 🧺 Use of sheets and towels For your convenience, we provide cotton makeup remover pads and bath mats. Please use them to avoid staining or damaging the sheets and towels. If excessive dirt or irreparable damage is detected, an additional charge will be applied at check-out to replace the items.
