Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or holding parties in the apartment or common areas. Pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Eating or drinking in or around the pool is not allowed. Alcoholic drinks are not allowed in common areas. Smoking is not allowed in or around the pool. Hanging any type of clothing on windows or outdoor furniture is not allowed. No additional visitors are allowed other than the guests registered through Airbnb. A $150 USD fine will apply if any of these rules are violated. Glass containers and food are not allowed in the pool. • 🧺 Use of sheets and towels For your convenience, we provide cotton makeup remover pads and bath mats. Please use them to avoid staining or damaging the sheets and towels. If excessive dirt or irreparable damage is detected, an additional charge will be applied at check-out to replace the items. As required by the building’s administration, it is mandatory to provide photos of official IDs (passport, driver’s license, or national ID) or a list of the full names for all adult guests staying at the property at the time of booking. This information is necessary to schedule your access. In some cases, the administration may also require identity verification through a specialized link that will be sent directly to your email. 📄 Liability Disclaimer: Guests agree that any accident, personal injury, or loss occurring during their stay is the sole responsibility of the affected person.

You'll have full and exclusive access to the apartment, including the bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. Access is via key, ensuring complete security and privacy throughout your stay. You'll also have access to all the building's amenities, including the parking lot and common areas (if applicable).
