THIS ARE THE REGULATIONS OF THE CONDOMINUM FOR GUESTS: please read these regulations carefully and sign accordingly: - Pets are not allowed. - Parties or loud gatherings that disturb other guests are strictly prohibited. - The use of drugs or any illegal activity is not permitted. - Hanging clothes or towels on balconies is not allowed. - If you bring a vehicle, park it only in the designated space for your unit. - Do not leave trash in elevators or hallways. - Dispose of trash in sealed bags; glass must be placed in the container outside the lobby. - Visitors are not allowed. To add a guest to your reservation, Please consult us first. - The use of glass (cups, bottles, etc.) is strictly prohibited on the rooftop. Smoking (cigarettes, vapes, etc.) is also not allowed on the rooftop or in common areas. - Rooftop hours: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM. Staying outside these hours is not allowed. - Proper swimwear (SWIMSUIT) and swim diapers for babies are mandatory. - Food and beverages are allowed only in designated areas (tables, lounge chairs, and bar). - The use of grills, stoves, or similar equipment is not permitted. - People who are intoxicated are prohibited from entering. - Wearing the wristband is mandatory throughout the stay. IN CASE OF NOT COMPLYING WITH THESE REGULATIONS, A FINE WILL BE FINED OF $4,800 MXN (FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED MEXICAN PESOS), YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELED AND ACCESS TO THE CONDOMINIUM WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. • 🧺 Use of Sheets and Towels For your convenience, we provide cotton makeup remover pads and bath mats. We kindly ask you to use them to help prevent stains or damage to the sheets and towels. If excessive dirt, deep stains, or irreparable damage are detected, an additional charge will be applied at check-out to replace the affected items. Thank you for helping us keep everything in excellent condition. As required by the building’s administration, it is mandatory to provide photos of official IDs (passport, driver’s license, or national ID) for all adult guests staying at the property at the time of booking. This information is necessary to schedule your access. In some cases, the administration may also require identity verification through a specialized link that will be sent directly to your email. 📄 Liability Waiver: Guests acknowledge that any accident, personal injury, or loss occurring during their stay is their sole responsibility.
