Our air conditioning unit has an open-door sensor. If the door is open, the air conditioning will not turn on. Remember that this sensor requires all doors to be properly closed for it to activate. Isla Mujeres is a beautiful island, and it's important that we be mindful of our environmental impact. Please conserve electricity consumption by turning off lights and appliances when not in use. 🌄 We are just two blocks from Hidalgo Street, the heart of local and culinary life. 🌊 The Malecón is right in front of the building, ideal for walks with ocean views. ✅ Supermarkets, pharmacies, and golf cart rentals are less than a 5-minute walk away. 🌞 The climate on Isla Mujeres is hot and humid. Pool Rules - The pool hours are from 8:00 am to 22:00 pm, Monday to Sunday. - Eating, smoking, or consuming alcoholic beverages inside the pool is not permitted. - Glass containers are not allowed in the entire rooftop area. - Introducing electronic devices into the pool is prohibited. - All children under 12 years must enter the pool under adult supervision. - The pool does not have a lifeguard, so use is at the exclusive risk of each user. - Adding essences or soap to the pool is strictly prohibited • 🧺 Use of Sheets and Towels For your convenience, we provide cotton makeup remover pads and bath mats. We kindly ask you to use them to help prevent stains or damage to the sheets and towels. If excessive dirt, deep stains, or irreparable damage are detected, an additional charge will be applied at check-out to replace the affected items. As required by the building’s administration, it is mandatory to provide photos of official IDs (passport, driver’s license, or national ID) for all adult guests staying at the property at the time of booking. This information is necessary to schedule your access. Great place! Very clean with nice finishes. View and location are perfect. They were very helpful anytime we had questions and got us reservations at Green Demon Beach Club which was a great way to spend a few hours or more. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was top-notch from beginning to end. From the moment we booked, until we checked out we had consistent, responsive communication with the hosts. The pictures posted were exactly as described - we were completely blown away. Roomy, spacious open air kitchen / dining and living room area looking out to a veranda that over looked the ocean was incredible. The attention to deal with nautical decor throughout was a great touch. Plenty of room with two bathrooms and a third bedroom in case we needed it. The top floor deck was amazing. We spent evenings looking at the stars, saw planets, and were able to see the most stunning sunrises, took a dip in the pool and just hung out and relaxed - it was so soothing and beautiful! Carla and Sebastian were extremely responsive, helping us with recommendations for for golf carts, places to eat etc. The rocky coast provided stunning views, the sound of the waves be heard as we slept. Highly recommend this gem and cannot wait to come back!

This places is absolutely amazing! The view is unbeatable. Everything is exactly as in the pictures and Carla/Sebastian are very responsive, friendly and helpful. They were really flexible with us when it came to check out due to a family matter, which was greatly appreciated. Location is great! Easy to walk everywhere including the beach. We hope to be back soon.

We absolutely loved this stay. This air bb was so close to my favorite beach playa Norte and not far from the ferry (we walked with our luggage) it’s also close to the whole shopping area on the island ( local shops /food). Something that is missing from the preview on Airbnb is the amazing terrace upstairs the pictures do no justice at all loll this is an amazing view and from your own personal plunge pool. We watched the sunset from up here and you have 360 views of the whole island. The air bb its self was very clean and beautiful. Loved the fact you had a separate mini split air conditioner in the bedroom it made sure to keep us cool at night ! We rental a gold cart right across the way with “Ciros” this was the owners reccomendation and it was great ! The golf cart was fast and in good condition, which is a must being this is your transportation while on the island ! Definitely a dream spot and soemthing I would say you must do atleast once ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect place, well located and a beautiful view! The hosts were extremely responsive and very helpful. It looked exactly like the photos and the rooftop was an excellent place to relax. Highly recommend!
