Smoking inside the apartment or hosting parties in the apartment or common areas is not allowed. For security reasons, we require photos of the IDs of all guests staying in the apartment before check-in. Hanging any type of clothing or items on balconies or outdoor furniture is not permitted. No additional visitors are allowed beyond the guests registered through Airbnb. If you plan to bring a car during your stay, you must request a parking access tag at reception upon check-in. A $1,000 MXN deposit is required, which will be fully refunded when you return the tag before check-out. Glass containers and food are not allowed in the pool areas At check-in, a facial registration will be done to activate your access to the condo’s common areas. You will also receive an access bracelet, which must be worn during your stay. To use the padel, tennis, or basketball courts, please confirm your reservation in advance. Just let us know the day and time, and we’ll be happy to confirm availability for you! • 🧺 Use of sheets and towels For your convenience, we provide cotton makeup remover pads and bath mats. Please use them to avoid staining or damaging the sheets and towels. If excessive dirt or irreparable damage is detected, an additional charge will be applied at check-out to replace the items. Thank you for helping us keep everything in optimal condition. As required by the building’s administration, it is mandatory to provide photos of official IDs (passport, driver’s license, or national ID) or a list of the full names for all adult guests staying at the property at the time of booking. This information is necessary to schedule your access. 5/5 – Perfect Family Getaway. We'll Be Back. The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful, we had a lot of questions and they answered every one promptly. The space is spotless, spacious, and well-equipped. We cooked most meals in and the kitchen handled everything. Plenty of room and bathrooms throughout. Don't sleep on the rooftop pool at night, it's peaceful and private. My son lived on the basketball court; the kids loved the park. Everyone on the property was warm and welcoming. Rent a car if you plan to explore, otherwise Uber works great. Extremely quiet and private. We will absolutely be back.

El departamento está espectacular , súper recomendable . El concepto de hospedarte y sentirte como en casa con la comodidad de tener todo : playa , alberca , restaurante , súper ; todo dentro del mismo complejo a unos pasos del departamento , es 10/10!. Si. Duda si está disponible las veces que estemos en Cancun esta sera nuestra opción . Y algo que sobresale también es la atención y comunicación con el anfitrión .
