1. Inform about extra guests with anticipation. 2. I would thank any anticipated information of check in and check out times. 3. Let's take care of our environment, If you're going out, please turn off the AC, fans and lights. 4. Smoke is only allowed at the balconies. 5. I understand you are on vacations, however it is important to consider there are other persons living in the building, and have their needs of resting at night. For respect to them, I will kindly ask you to please not make loud noises after 10:00pm. 6. Extra charges will be applied for any missing or damaged objects, sheets or towels. We understand there may be accidents, but we believe is important to be honest and responsible for your acts. 7. Modifications in reservations will be accepted with at least 15 days notice before the arrival date. 8. If you lose the keys the cost to replace them will be 50 USD. 9. Please be extra careful to not forget anything before your check-out, we are not responsible for any damage or theft to your personal property.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! If you are looking for a blend of contemporary style and high-end convenience, this is the perfect spot. The Highlights Rooftop Pool & Views: The crown jewel of this stay is undoubtedly the rooftop. The pool is pristine and beautifully designed, but the views are what truly take your breath away. Whether you're catching the sunrise or enjoying an evening swim, the panoramic backdrop is stunning. Modern Comforts: The interior is thoughtfully appointed with everything a modern traveler needs. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the overall aesthetic felt fresh and upscale. It’s clear the hosts have an eye for quality. Security & Parking: Traveling with a vehicle can often be a headache, but the garage parking here was excellent. It is secure, well-lit, and very easy to access, providing total peace of mind throughout our trip. We would stay here again!

Great place to stay at!! Close enough to night restuarants that are local as well as easy access to get to the local mall (massive mall), beach, and short drive to the Ferry for Isle Mujeres trip. Apartment was as described and very spacious to feel right at home. Word of advice that the gym is right above the apartments and you can sometimes hear people dropping weights. Also, at the time another aprtment was going through some construction/fixing that resulted in loud noise, but this is not at fault of the apartment. Still worth and will definitely come back!

The Airbnb was wonderful, peaceful quiet and the pool, gym and other amenities were great. There were many walkable shops and restaurants located near the Airbnb. The hotel zone isn’t too far away and the staff are friendly. Best stay to say the least! Definitely will be coming back.

This was my first time in Mexico and I’m so happy I chose this place . It looks just like the picture. Carla was very responsive and sent me all the information I needed to check in easily. It’s private yet close to town and the stip where coco bango is . It was absolutely beautiful and cozy inside. The outside decor was nice for pictures. The front desk personnel were so reassuring and helpful. Even the Pool area is so beautiful at night and during the day. It’s worth every penny !

This place is beautiful and in a very quiet place with not much noise and very peaceful. The hosts are super friendly. We were unfortunate enough to lose the keys and they had to come in the middle of the night and open the door and replace the lock completely the morning after. Throughout the whole process they were super friendly and there were no problems what so ever. 5/5 and def reccomended

Great in every way, this Airbnb was a great space to get some work done in a peaceful environment while also enjoying some rest and recovery time with a great rooftop pool and patio. The location is excellent to enjoy the best of Cancun, away from the hotel zone. It was also extremely clean and well decorated.

We have parking for cars in private garage at no cost, as well as external parking at no cost. The bus stop is 10 minutes away walking from the building. Route 1 or 2 takes you to the Hotel Zone and beaches. Distances: - 25-30 min away by car from Cancun Airport (out of the city) - 10 min away by car to Isla Mujeres ferry at Puerto Juarez. - 5 min away by car from Marina Puerto Cancun shopping mall. - 5 min away walking to Walmart Express (Supermarket).
