At Lalola Puerto Morelos, our goal is for our guests to enjoy the place as if they were at home. We're leaving you the LOLATIPS so you can make the most of your stay. The avenue where we're located becomes pedestrian-only at 3:00 PM; if you're driving, please arrive before then. Don't forget a small cooler and a Yeti-type thermos for the pool area, as the use of glass is prohibited in this area for everyone's safety. Any can is perfect. Just no glass. Forget about driving, everything is within walking distance: Chedraui Selecto, the pharmacy, Oxxo, restaurants, and the beach. Our Rooftop is open from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Come up early to see the sunrise; you won't regret it. Our rooms have coffee makers; bring your own ground coffee to start the day!

Home Rules: -Please report anything broken inside your apartment, including glasses, plates, cutlery, or electronics. -At Lalola Puerto Morelos, all our rooms are non-smoking. -You can go upstairs to the designated smoking area while enjoying the incredible views from our rooftop terrace. -Pets are not allowed. However, if you are traveling with a service animal, please notify us prior to your arrival, provide the appropriate documentation, and note that the animal must not be allowed on the bed, in order to avoid stains on linens. The animal may remain on the terrace and must always wear a harness and leash while on the property. -Food is not allowed in the pool area. -Inflatable pool toys are not allowed for safety reasons. -Sitting or climbing on the pool edge is not allowed. -If you need earplugs, feel free to request them from us and we’ll be happy to provide them. Puerto Morelos's atmosphere is one of relaxation, peace, and harmony. If you have a Bluetooth speaker, please respect the volume so as not to disturb other guests.

Access the building with your personal password, then use the elevator or stairs to reach your apartment door. Our check-in window is from 14:00 to 22:00. Please let us know your estimated arrival time so we can prepare for your stay. Other things to note: Room cleaning is done before check-in and after check-out. Extra cleaning or other services have an extra cost. It is necessary to complete the online check-in form and present an official identification before arrival.

Loved my stay at Lalola and will definitely stay again if I return to Puerto Morelos. Beautiful room, comfortable bed, great views and amenities. The sunrises from the pool and sunsets from the back of the building were breathtaking. It’s convenient and well-located. Definitely echoing the comments about the loud music but it reliably stops shortly after 11pm each night, so it wasn’t an issue for me.

My wife and I really enjoyed our 3-night stay here. The building, located right on the "main drag" and less than a block from the main town square, has four units on each of four floors, with a roof-top lounge area and pool. that has a spectacular panoramic view of the sea. There are four loungers for "first-come, first-serve" use, but two were always available when we wanted them. The street is often closed to vehicular traffic and has innumerable restaurants, bars and shops--a lively, happy boulevard. The building and unit seem fairly new and modern. Security is good, with a keypad to get into the building. The unit is clean and very comfortable. Water pressure is excellent. There is a balcony with table and two chairs with a view west (away from the sea) over a broad expanse of mangrove swamp/forest--great sunset view. The internet was blazing fast--download speed almost 500 Mbps. There are several "beach clubs" nearby where you can rent loungers/umbrellas.

This place is excellent. if you're going to Puerto Morelos definitely consider this place, it's fantastic. The view is great. It's in a perfectly awesome location. There's nothing bad about it. it's wonderful.

I love the apartment, even better then the description. Clean and spacious. A step down to all the restaurants and the beach. Love the rooftop, best view of the sunset. It was very peaceful for me I didn’t hear any noise from outside. I will definitely go back.
