Portento Vacation Rentals

I was hesitant to book this home considering it did not have any reviews on Airbnb, however the host did have great reviews from the previous rentals. So, I decided to book this home and I’m SOOO GLAD I DID! The pictures on Airbnb looked amazing, however once we got there it was way more than we had expected. Our host Luisa was AMAZING! She definitely went above and beyond! My family enjoyed our stay and we are already looking forward to booking this spot again. The location is very peaceful and secluded. We enjoyed the stay so much we actually didn’t go anywhere and decided to stay at the home the entire time. We only did 2 nights, although I wish we would have done more. I really don’t have anything negative to say about our experience. Thank you Luisa for the amazing breakfast. My son still talks about the chilaquiles you made him. We look forward to our next trip here!

Carla y Sebastián fueron siempre muy atentos! El único detalle es que viernes y sábado hubo música bastante alta hasta la madrugada ya que hay un restaurante/bar enfrente (sé que eso no lo pueden controlar), lo que hizo que no pudiéramos dormir muy bien esas noches – de ahí en fuera, todo perfecto!

Excelente lugar. La Ubicación práctica para conocer Cancún, céntrico en zona hotelera y medios de transporte. Realmente no requieres de rentar un auto. Es más práctico usar uber o incluso transporte público. Los anfitriones realmente están al pendiente. Realmente recomendado.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was amazing, very attentive, responsive, and accommodating. The location of the house is perfect, and the apartment looks just like the photos. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at La Amada! The apartment was absolutely beautiful—stylish, spacious, and spotless. Everything was very clean, easy to use, and made us feel right at home. The amenities were fantastic, especially the pools and the peaceful atmosphere around the residence. A special thanks to Sandra, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She was always available to answer our questions and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Her hospitality truly made a difference. We highly recommend this place and hope to return one day!

We loved our stay at Carla y Sebastian's property! The place is well-furnished, extremely clean, and the amenities are just as described. The property is in a great location- easily walkable from the ferry terminal and to the local restaurants, shops, and beach clubs. I contacted the host a few times about local recommendations and they were very friendly, responsive, and helped us make reservations at local beach clubs. I highly recommend this property and we would love to stay again!

Excelente lugar ! El departamento es hermoso ! Estuvimos muy a gusto. Ubicado en costa mujeres, a 5 minutos a pie de la playa. La piscina con vista al mar, hermosa. El complejo muy prolijo y cuenta con un Market y gimnasio. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables y supieron responder con mucha rapidez todas mis inquietudes. Sin dudas recomiendo este apartamento! !!! Gracias !!! Seguro volveremos!!!

Really clean and modern place with lots of sun. very comfortable place to stay. the rooftop pool was also nice especially in the evening. although this place isn't in the hotel district, there are plenty of great local restaurants near by including tacos right next door!

Had a great time at Carla and Sebastian’s place! Everything was great, amenities, location, air conditioning (important in July!)… Highly recommend and will book again when we return to Cancún!
